Susan - You met me on the home page, but to add a little more: I feel my clients are more family than customers.  I will protect them every way I can, from the forms I require to be filled out before our first visit to choosing to not offer pack walks (where the big money is hahahaha).  I also stand behind our merchandise and will make any alterations or adjustments to any items you purchase. 

Mr. Mason - Mason is our volunteer part time walker, pet sitter and muscle man at vendor events.  He joined the family in 2021 after moving to Westfield from Petersham, MA. He was raised with and has always had pets.  He has quickly become a favorite hooman to many of our client dogs!

Like the Train song says, "Meet Virginia"!  - Virginia is our volunteer back up walker/pet sitter that helps out on occasion if Susan and Mason are not available. She was raised with animals large and small. She has been employed with the Humane Society and was a dog groomer before moving to MA. Her personal pets include 2 turtles, 1 dog, 2 cats and 2 horses.
